Katey Charles Communications LLC, founded in February 2003, is a St. Louis Internet marketing communications firm specializing in the development and delivery of professional e-mail newsletters.

Prior to launching Katey Charles Communications, Katey was head of communications and public relations for world-renowned artist Mary Engelbreit, where she developed Mary's first e-newsletter in 2000. Katey founded KCC to address the growing need for experienced consulting and creative talent in the emerging e-mail marketing industry.
Katey has more than 15 years of experience as an Internet marketer, writer, managing editor (IPI Report magazine, now Global Journalist), art director (Missouri Life magazine), graphic artist and overall communications manager. Her experience includes directing a broad range of marketing and communication projects from the concept phase through delivery—everything from developing e-newsletters / e-mail marketing campaigns and websites to media kits, sales kits, newsletters, brochures, directories and corporate branding.
Katey holds a master’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
